We here at East End Hi-Fi have used a few different ethernet switches over the years from a $50 switch up to a $4000 ethernet switch only to find possibly an incremental improvement in sound quality. That was until Aurender released their brand new NH10 ethernet switch. Quite honestly, it is one of the biggest upgrades that we have seen in our demo systems! We have two music servers in our different demo systems including the Aurender N20 and the Antipodes K 21 music servers. The interesting thing is that we have always found that even with the best digital there was a slight bit of harshness, and brittleness to the sound. When inserting the Aurender NH10 into the systems, the bass response tightened up to a degree that I have never heard before. The rest of the frequencies took on a analog-like sound. If you are going to do any upgrade, we suggest this is the first one you do!

The Aurender NH10 is a new, high-end audiophile network hub, positioned as a top-tier component to deliver ultra-clean, low-jitter digital audio by isolating noise and perfecting signal timing with advanced engineering like OCXO clocks and linear power supplies, promising exceptional clarity, depth, and emotional impact, essentially acting as a noise-free, precision digital source for the best DACs, with reviewers praising its robust build, seamless software (
Aurender Conductor), and ability to reveal new details in familiar music, making it a serious contender for reference-level digital playback.
